Shipping:

• We offer free shipping on all orders over 1000 EGP.
• We ship to all major cities in Egypt.
• All fragile items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new condition.
• We do not accept returns on fragile items that have been damaged.

Refunds:

• Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchange:

• We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, if available.
• To exchange an item, please contact us at support@mrmria.leggeratechs.com for a return authorization number.
• Once you have received a return authorization number, please ship the item back to us at the address listed above.
• We will ship the new item to you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
